To avoid said stuffiness, I like to play with unexpected textures like this chiffon skirt and sweatshirt crop top. The skirt is frilly and dressy, while the crop top is slouchy and relaxed. Together they make for an effortless pairing. I topped the look off with a pile of oversized rings, my favorite vintage necklace, and a straw hat.
