I have always loved this song by Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds. The song kind of inspired me to go red today, plaid and all. For better details on my bracelet, shoes, clutch and belt you can see them here and here.

And above, I am in video format again, listening to said song while flipping through LULA magazine. I treasure that particular issue (featuring Siri Tollerød) as if it were truly gold.

Trolley Wood

My brother and I stumbled across an abandoned old parking lot, housing what used to be an Antique shop and quaint little Chinese buffet. We thought it the perfect photo opt for this particular set. "Spirit in the Sky" was on repeat in my mind all the while ♥

The 'Holiday Classics' I bought were: Planes, Trains & Automobiles-- a family tradition especially during Thanksgiving!! and A Christmas Story and Home Alone 2. I also love watching Christmas Vacation, Elf and Happy Feet during the Holidays.

Who's my favorite right now? Tallulah Morton is my current favorite "it" girl. Adorning everything from my Desktop to my blog.

Statues Crumble for me

Thank you, Karyn at Alias denim, for the wonderful pair of jeans. As an avid denim collector, I was quite pleased to receive this pair in the mail. The fit, wash and feel are perfect. And to think they retail for only $40? After paying hundreds of dollars on premium denim, for their quality and fit, both Alias denim and I didn't like what it was doing to our bank accounts. Luckily, they decided to take the matter into their own hands to create something equally stylish yet budget friendly; and that is how Alias premium denim came to be.

(8.18) End of Summer / Muse Board

I thought to myself, with summer coming to an end, why not tie in some of the best parts into a Collage? I know many of you aren't looking forward to having to go back to school again (my younger brother included!) Which is why I decided to make this little inspirational "gift" for all of you, my readers, as you head back into classes. From Heath Ledger and Christian Bale; for their impeccable acting and outrageous summer box office sales of "The Dark Knight," to worn in denim street style, fun club pieces, and Runway model garb that surely inspired this Summer. Hopefully this "Muse Board" will inspire you as you get back into school form and have you coming back to my blog for more.
