Sam and I braved the chilly weather this weekend for a park date. We grabbed lunch from La Boulange and found a sunny spot to share.

Out to Sea

Today I wore this very nautical inspired outfit out to lunch with my husband and baby. The weather was
warm enough for me to wear my new shoes (which I've been searching a long time for) and simple
black shorts. The necklace is from Stella & Dot (review on jewelry coming soon on Youtube), it reminds
me of a chandelier. I love the freshness it brings my outfit! Everything else has pretty much been
repeated on my blog for the second time.

Saturday Afternoon

Did I ever mention how hard breast feeding is? So much work! But I'm sticking with it! Lucky for me,
I produce a good amount of milk so I pump it and store it so Jesse can help me in the middle of the night.
Anyway, I would love to hear your breast-feeding tips. That would be so helpful.
Gosh, my little ducky is growing at the speed of light! He's so chunky now, well compared to before.
Having him is the most beautiful thing ever. I love being a Mom, I can't wait to have another one.

P.S.
I'm still working on the decor of my house, so in a few more weeks the living room, dining room, and
kitchen should be all done. Then I will film a house tour (bottom level) and take pictures so I can show
you guys here! I Looooove the living room, the color palette is so fresh, clean and simple! With a
black, white, navy, silver, and hints of magenta as the color palette.

the art of shoe shopping

I've been stalking this particular pair of Loeffler Randalls Mabels for a while now. I finally found them the other morning in something relatively close to my size and on sale at Revolve. After a mini heart attack I whipped out my card to BUY! BUY! BUY! Never has a purchase been more satisfying. That is until another pair of diligently stalked Loeffler Randalls popped up on sale at Endless. Serious fulfilment. Ultimate. Shoe. Fulfilment.

We snapped these pics in the morning before I went to work. My computer bag (not pictured, known as the beast) weighs at least 20 pounds on a good day, so it's nice when Sam walks me to work and carries the beast for me. Even better when he's awake enough to take pictures.

Even though SF sometimes spoils us with glorious weather, it's still winter. No amount of spring shopping or dreaming will change that. I've already started wearing my breezy spring favorites, but I've been pairing them down with heavy knits and thick layers to keep warm.

Speaking of knits, there's nothing like finding the perfect chunky scarf, bonus points if it can double as a cape.
This one in particular gets extra bonus points for acting as a pillow on my flight to NYC.
Oh and the color is called persimmon, sounds much better than orange.
