(shorts-thrifted, tank- UO, shoes- UO, belt- thrifted, necklace- DIY)I bought these shorts a while ago but just finished reworking them. They used to be long, super high waisted mom shorts now they are short, high waisted, cuffed bloomer-like shorts. I think they will be great as an alternative to jean cutoffs.
